We begin your project at the end. Who are you trying to reach? What do you want them to know, feel, and do? How do we measure our success? We begin every project by getting to know you, learning about the values that make you unique from your competitors, and experiencing your culture.
This is the fun part — seeing your ideas come to life. We turn strategies into tangible realities through graphic design, website development, and other mediums that collectively form your brand.
Your brand will flourish only through its frequent and consistent application. We deliver your message to your intended audience, and measure the results. We publish your websites, execute your campaigns, and print your collateral.
Owner and Creative Director
Over his career in design and digital media, David has worked as a graphic designer, web developer, and creative director. Each of these experiences laid the groundwork for founding Adair Creative in 2007. David has a passion for simplicity in design, digital solutions, and communication.
With the steady growth of Adair Creative, David has assumed the roles of maintaining client relationships, steering creative and strategic direction, and working closely with each team member to ensure successful project outcomes.
David left the mountains of Colorado to attend John Brown University, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude with a major in Digital Media Arts and a minor in Graphic Design. He is most proud of his wife Meredith and four children — Connor, Audrey, Matthew, and Andrew. Away from work, David loves sports, the outdoors, playing with his kids, music, and working on projects that don’t involve a computer. The Adairs attend and actively participate in Fellowship Bible Church in Rogers, Arkansas.
Owner and Finance Director
Meredith is one of those people who loves numbers and gets giddy about a finely-tuned spreadsheet. So naturally, Meredith’s responsibilities include bookkeeping, accounting, and keeping up with the financial side of the company.
After graduating from John Brown University, Meredith went to work as a math teacher and basketball coach. These days she stays home with the Adairs four young children while maintaining an active role in Adair Creative.
Meredith founded Adair Creative with her husband David in early 2007, and they have loved the adventure of running a small business together. When not working with numbers, Meredith flexes her creative muscle through photography, interior decorating, and the occasional finger painting with the kids.
Director | Lead Creative, Adair Creative Studio
Zach's passion for video production started at age 14 working for an outdoors television program. Growing up in the fast paced world of television production taught the value of meeting tight deadlines while maintaining a commitment to excellence. Zach has a knack for story telling through film and motion graphics in a way that keeps the audience engaged.
After graduating from John Brown University with a major in Digital Media Arts and a minor in Graphic Design, he led the media and production teams for the largest church in Arkansas for 10 years. In 2012, Zach joined up with Adair Creative to form and lead the video division, Adair Creative Studio.
His wife, Erin, stays busy at home with their four kids - Easton, Catherine, Sophia, and Addis. Zach loves cycling, spending time with the kids, and international travel. The Kennedy family is particularly fond of Ethiopia and advocate for development and adoption in this developing country.
Mark anchors what we affectionately refer to as our “Ireland Office”, as he lives and works from Newcastle, Northern Ireland with his wife Ange and sons Cedar and Archer.
Mark has a strong background in all levels of web development, including front-end, back-end, eCommerce, custom applications, and mobile. He takes development leadership on many of Adair Creative’s most complex projects. While his specialty is making the “under the hood” stuff work cleanly, quickly, and reliably, Mark is also passionate about using new technologies to make the user experience simple yet sophisticated.
Outside of work, Mark is an artist, musician, and pastor. He enjoys good news, a good walk through the mountains, a good song, and a Guinness with good friends.
After graduating college with a degree in Digital Media with a specialty in 3D animation, Tyler began honing his web development skills. Moving quickly from basic HTML to more advanced application development, Tyler is now an accomplished developer.
At Adair Creative, he is responsible for web and mobile development - ranging from simple content-managed websites to complex web-based applications. Tyler’s energy and expertise have proved to be critical to the success of Adair Creative.
Outside of work, Tyler and his wife Kari stay busy with their son and two little girls. His favorite pastimes include brainstorming creative ideas and playing video games.
As a developer, Clint brings a passion for building web and mobile experiences with the latest technologies, but is most driven by how his work impacts and enables the people it reaches.
Before joining Adair Creative, Clint led front-end development on projects for Fortune 100 companies including Walmart, Cisco, Tyson Foods and Procter & Gamble. He studied digital media at Oklahoma State University.
Outside of the office, Clint enjoys spending time with his awesome family as well as being outdoors, either in the trails riding his mountain bike or on the lake riding his Superjet.
Emily developed her passion for graphic design while studying journalism and art at the University of Arkansas, where she focused her studies around publication design, feature reporting and photography.
Emily grew up in Derbyshire, in the United Kingdom, but moved to the United States at the age of 12. Before joining Adair Creative as a designer, she was the creative director at Celebrate Arkansas Magazine.
Outside of work, Emily enjoys spending time with family, camping, hiking and being in the outdoors, recording music with her husband and practicing yoga.
Director of Photography / Editor
Growing up in rural Arkansas, Derrick developed a love for photography, storytelling, and the cinema. While studying journalism at Henderson State University, he directed, photographed, and edited a short-subject American Civil War film that was chosen to play alongside Ang Lee’s Ride with the Devil in IMAX theaters. This break opened the door for Derrick to enter the motion picture industry.
He has since served as director of photography, director, and editor for many feature films, while seeing his films receive acclaim at festivals including the Austin Film Festival and the Oxford Film Festival.
Derrick joined Adair Creative Studio for the challenge of bringing a new level of expertise and quality to every production. As Director of Photography and Editor, he plays a significant role in helping our clients tell their story in a meaningful and memorable way.
Derrick and his wife Alaina live in Rogers, Arkansas, and they are expecting their first child in 2015.
